博士,研究员,硕士生导师;山东省重点扶持区域引进急需紧缺人才,枣庄英才集聚工程产业创新类领军人才;兼任山东省机器人与制造自动化技术重点实验室主任,山东省机器人产业技术创新战略联盟秘书长。
